1. Tools required:
Artist's knife or scissors, ruler, right angle, tape measure. Press the edge of the edge, etc. (Make sure that the correct expansion coefficient between the floor and the fixed end is kept, so as to extend the beauty and service life of the floor).
2. The exact measurement size:
Measure the area size of the floor space to be laid. If the floor is uneven or the pipeline is raised, separate measurement is needed. Installation floor has about 10% normal wear and tear on average. Please leave a margin before ordering materials.
3. Pre-installation preparation:
Laying ambient temperature and humidity control: Place the floor in the space where you want to lay the floor for 48 hours to ensure that the indoor temperature is constant, and maintain this temperature during installation. If the humidity of the ground is below 40%, this floor can be installed. If it is between 40% and 60%, it can be operated in small batches before installation. The new concrete floor must be air-dried and cured for 60 days before it can be laid. If you want to lay the floor above the tile marble and other stone materials, you need to use the ground leveller to remove the cement mortar on the surface. When installing the floor, it is necessary to ensure that there is no dust, solid impurities or corrosive materials on the floor. The floor should be kept in the packing box until it is installed.
4. Prepare for laying floor materials in advance:
The ground must be level, level, dry, clean and firm. Ground leveling test should not exceed the tolerance range of 3.2mm. If there is any excess, sandpaper grinding or ground leveling machine should be used for construction. If there are holes or bumps, special treatment should be taken before construction can be completed.
5. Installation method:
(1) Installation starts from the corner of the right hand side of the room, along the wall, the floor edge and the wall need to retain about 5mm expansion joints, to avoid the problem of thermal expansion and cold contraction, this gap can be covered with auxiliary materials such as kick-line, beautiful and durable.
(2) The first row of floor is laid in a straight line. The next plate is inserted into the groove at an inclined angle of about 30-50 degrees and the floor end locking is joined together. Each floor end is fastened in order to ensure a straight line.
(3) Make sure that the connection between the board and the board is close. When the board and the board are fastened, the sound of locking can be felt or heard. There can be no obvious gap between the board and the board. If the interface appearance is not tight, please re-install it to avoid potential release in the future.
(4) When installing SPC stone-plastic floor, staggered construction is recommended, so that the joint at the end edge does not appear to be fixed in the same straight line, and staggered installation is recommended near the door.
(5) Measure the construction scope, mark the board, and use ruler and cutting tools to crack and break the floor surface.

(1) Firstly, the floor surface is cleaned to ensure that there is no dust, dirt and debris on the surface. Use a slightly wet cloth (or a cleaner with a cleaning mat) to wipe the floor surface. If it is necessary to use a dry cloth for wiping, do not use strong acid or alkaline reagents on the floor surface.
(2) Avoid pets or sharp objects cutting the floor surface, causing irreparable severe scratches.
(3) Curtains or shutters can be used to avoid long-term direct sunlight on the floor surface.
(4) Do not wax the surface of SPC floor, because SPC is an environmentally friendly inorganic substance, which will not absorb wax seal, but will make the ground yellow and accumulate stains.
